I agree. This might well be part of Ricki's session. Perhaps it might be fruitful if the discussion were in the form of a brief 'panel' with some preliminary remarks to be followed by open interchange. That might bring some modicum of focus (without limiting the scope). Without some degree of focus the discussion might be so wide-ranging as to turn some people off. But then again maybe not. Just a thought.
Mmmm...I think a panel might detract from the intimacy of a round-robin conversation. We have only a few hours, and I'm just hoping people will share some personal stories. If we get bogged down, I'll try to bring the conversation back into focus, and it sounds like you'd be good at doing that too, George.
