Great Question! The Reunion Committee is mostly composed of locals and probably didn't think about it. Nothing's been set.  I'm remote--just a little farther from HP than you are--and have the same concern.

The Renaissance Hotel has a buffet breakfast. I propose that we (officially or unofficially) announce that classmates can meet at the buffet breakfast and hang out until it's time to leave for our planes.
