Tania Waisman, an exchange student from Brazil, passed away at the beginning of September. She had had a stroke some months ago from which she never fully recovered.
Tania was an extremely intelligent, delightful, outgoing, courageous person and a welcome addition to our class. Though she was unable to come to our 50th reunion, she was able to come a few weeks later and met with a small group of high school friends.
